## Job description

### Responsibilities

面向全球不同地区应届毕业生开放，旨在培养企业的技术精英，成为未来行业栋梁。本计划为优培生提供多元化的学习机会和全面的职业发展。

### 优培生将会在香港总部接受培养

第1阶段在多个关键部门进行轮岗培训；第2阶段深入到总部技术或专业岗位，或在集团专业公司内进行历练。通过该计划，优培生能够掌握丰富的行业和商业知识，提升各项专业技能，快速成长为肩负公司业务重任的核心人才。

### Requirements

1、2027届国内外普通高等院校毕业的本科生、硕士生及博士生； 2、AI、大数据、云、计算机、网络、通信学、系统工程、信息工程相关专业； 3、保持学习复盘习惯，能补短板提能力，有创新思维，主动探索新方法，以新思路突破工作难题； 4、具备良好团队协作意识，能高效沟通、配合完成集体任务，适应团队工作模式； 5、良好的沟通和表达能力（中英文）。
