## Job description

### 负责本体相关数据底座建设
- 接入多源业务数据（结构化/非结构化），开展清洗、对齐与主数据管理；

### 开展知识抽取
- 从文档、表格及系统中抽取实体与关系，构建或更新本体实例与图谱；
- 承担数据集清洗与质量治理（含企业级数据集清洗需求），建立可量化的数据质量评估口径；
- 为小模型/大模型训练提供高质量标注数据与评测集，支撑模型微调与效果验证；
- 设计本体数据的存储与检索方案（图数据库 / 向量库 / 关系库混合），支撑 AI 与业务查询；

### 参与平台能力建设
- 将可复用的数据接入模板、清洗规则及抽取 pipeline 沉淀为平台组件，参与平台数据底座建设；
- 协同业务场景方向，保障"场景所需数据可稳定供给"。

### 学历与专业
- 硕士及以上，计算机、软件工程、数据科学与大数据技术、统计学、数学、信息管理等相关专业；
- 使用过 Neo4j / NebulaGraph / GraphDB 等图数据库，具备数据工程 / 知识图谱 / NLP 数据处理经验；
- 熟练 SQL 与至少一种数据处理语言（Python / Scala），具备 ETL、数据管道建设经验；
- 了解知识抽取（实体/关系抽取、实体对齐），或具备深入学习意愿；
- 对数据质量具备高度敏感性，能够建立可量化的质量指标。
- 开展过文档解析、表格抽取、非结构化数据治理，有主数据管理（MDM）或数据治理体系建设经验。
