## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 全面预算管理及财务绩效评价；
- 财务风险控制、财税政策支撑、财务运营支撑、项目评估；
- 资产管理、营运资本管理、工程财务管理；
- 税务管理、税收筹划和纳税申报；
- 会计检查、资金安全管理、往来账项管理、收入及营收稽核。

### Requirements
- 熟悉国家会计准则、财务法规和税收政策，掌握会计核算、账务处理、财务报表编制等专业知识；
- 具备财务分析能力，能够对财务数据进行分析和解读；
- 具有较强的责任心、沟通协作能力和服务意识；
- 能熟练运用办公软件、数据分析软件，工作认真细致；
- 认同中国电信企业文化，恪守职业道德，保守企业机密；
- 持有相关专业证书或具有相关实习经验者优先。
