## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责项目的日常运营管理，资源协调确保交付质量。关注和持续提升客户体验及客户满意度；
- 负责与客户、供应商、设计、监理等相关单位日常对接，完成项目管理过程的跟踪、查询、数据统计与分析工作；
- 协助部门经理建立项目管理核心KPI体系，定期分析数据并推动改善；
- 制定项目操作规范（SOP），并组织专业技能、系统操作、安全知识与应急预案的培训。监督、评估、考核执行效果；
- 持续优化流程、规则和策略，提升整体运营效率，团队协作效率与信息化管理能力，确保运营过程符合国家及地方的法律法规、行业标准及客户要求；
- 定期分析运营数据报告，洞察运营瓶颈与改进机会，为管理决策提供支持；
- 关注行业新技术，推动数智化转型与创新应用。

### Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，物流管理、通信工程等相关专业优先；
- 有供应链管理、无线类通信工程相关实习经验优先；
- 具有良好的文字和语言表达能力，有良好的协调能力、社交能力和学习能力；有一定的分析判断能力和组织能力；
- 具有强烈的工作责任心，乐于面对挑战。
