## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 熟练运用AI工具，基于公司实际业务场景，运用人工智能技术推动整体运营提效，提升工作质量、执行效率与协同效率。
- 负责AI智能体相关技术的技术落地与业务推进，推动AI在实际业务场景中的应用。
- 负责企业知识库体系建设，建立并沉淀适用于企业内部的AI应用方法、自动化机制与工具使用规范，提升组织整体AI应用能力。
- 负责AI智能体核心能力建设，跟踪前沿技术发展，探索智能体记忆优化、多智能体协作、AI自动化处理等方向的技术应用。
- 结合业务流程需求，使用AI能力设计、开发、搭建并落地本地化工具、软件工具或自动化应用，实现流程自动化与标准化。

### Requirements

1.2026年、2027年毕业的本科及以上学历学生； 2.具备程序开发或工具开发基础，此项为必备条件； 3.有AI工具落地、RPA、脚本开发或内部工具开发经验者优先； 4.具备较强的业务理解能力，能够快速理解公司经营模式、业务流程及核心需求，并转化为可执行的技术。
