## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 推进运动控制模型、具身VLA大模型、VLN大模型、具身世界模型等模型等数据链路、模型训练、真机优化和Infra训练方案。
- 推进模型部署和调优，进行Post-Training方案设计和优化。
- 结合自研本体部署相关算法，发表高水平论文和高传播力Demo，保持对最新研究趋势的敏感性。

### Requirements
- 博士学位，专业方向为人工智能、计算机视觉、计算机科学、机器人学或相关领域。
- 对机器人数据采集有深入理解，对图像、视频、音频和语言等多种数据源的处理和整合有深入理解，熟悉具身推理大模型、具身规划大模型、具身VLA大模型、具身世界模型中至少一种模型的数据构造、训练方式、部署和调优方案。
- 对机器人硬件、传感器、控制器和执行器的高可靠、高精确的运动和控制能力有所了解。
- 在具身智能 / 多模态大模型 / 3D感知和理解 等相关领域有高影响力开源项目或者高水平论文经历优先。
