## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责售前支持与商机转化。理解客户场景与痛点，引导、挖掘客户需求和商机，为客户经理提供支持；
- 统筹解决方案编制。分析客户需求，对标业界实践，发现转型业务价值，组织内部资源，编制解决方案，打造应用生态，探索行业创新的技术与解决方案；
- 支撑招投标管理。协同制定投标策略，定制技术相关宣传讲解资料，负责整体解决方案演示和讲解，协同维护招投标资质等；
- 支撑售中及项目交付。组织售前售中交接，建立协同工作机制，交付过程中协助项目经理与客户沟通；
- 负责方案迭代与沉淀。持续调整和优化解决方案，沉淀模板与标杆案例，经验萃取、沉淀与分享，支持复制推广。

### Requirements
- 具有较强的组织协调与团队合作能力，善于沟通表达，能够与不同部门人员有效协作，具备客户思维，具备较强的语言文字表达与演示讲解能力；
- 具备较强的学习能力和创新精神，能够快速掌握新技术和新业务，适应挑战性工作；熟练使用至少一种编程语言，有软件一定的开发经验；
- 具备良好的方案设计与提案能力，能熟练运用PPT、Office等办公软件；
- 具备较强的应变能力和问题解决能力，能够快速响应客户需求并提供解决方案；责任心强、敢于担当，能承受工作压力，在紧张的工作环境中完成各项任务。
