## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责工程项目中安装部分的预算编制、成本控制及工程量清 单的审核；
- 参与施工图纸的会审，协助解决施工过程中的技术与造价问题；
- 协助项目团队进行合同管理、进度跟踪及结算审核工作； 4定期对项目成本进行分析，提供优化建议以提高项目效益。

### Requirements
- 熟悉安装工程（如电气、暖通、给排水等）的计价规范和相关软件操作；
- 具备良好的沟通协调能力和责任心，能适应出差及现场工作；
- 拥有较强的学习能力，愿意接受新事物并不断提升专业水平。
- 具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神；
- 服从领导安排，自觉遵守公司各项规章制度；
