## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 紧密对接业务团队，深度理解业务场景与数据需求，协助设计并落地贴合业务实际的数据支撑方案，成为业务与技术之间的桥梁。​
- 负责基础数据清洗与标准化处理，依据数据仓库规范完成数据接入与校验，保障数据源的准确性和完整性，筑牢数据应用基础。​
- 结合业务需求开展数据建模与指标体系搭建，参与业务数据主题域的划分与命名规范制定，提升数据资产的可用性与一致性。​
- 积极参与大数据及人工智能技术的探索实践，协助数据平台开发团队推进 AI Agent 等智能化工具的落地应用，助力业务效率提升。

### Requirements
- 硕士及以上学历；
- 计算机科学、数据科学、数学、电子信息工程、统计学或相关专业；
- 具备较强的数据敏感度和数据分析技能，熟练运用SQL或同类技能，熟悉Pandas、NumPy等数据处理工具；
- 熟悉Spark、Hadoop、Kafka等大数据技术栈，熟悉数据库技术（MySQL、ClickHouse等）；
- 熟悉机器学习和深度学习的基本原理,了解常见模型和算法及其应用场景；
- 具备较强的逻辑思维和问题解决能力,能够通过数据分析发现并解决实际问题；
- 具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神,能够与跨职能团队高效合作。
