## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责为公司提供法律服务及咨询，为公司起草合同协议；
- 负责各类合同、协议文本、对外发文等法律风险的审核工作；
- 负责公司合同审批流程和履行流程，审核合同；

### 负责公司法律纠纷、法律问题，提出法律意见； Requirements
- 1.2027年毕业的国内普通高等院校本科及以上学历、学士及以上学位的应届毕业生； 2.具有良好的品行，符合岗位所需的专业或技能条件，具备适应岗位要求的身体条件； 3.熟悉并掌握法务相关知识，具有法律职业资格证书（B类及以上）。 4.具有良好的沟通力、理解力， 责任心强，对数据敏感，具有应变及危机处理能力。
