## Job description

### 一、 负责招投标项目全流程基础工作

招标文件下载研读、投标报名、资质材料收集整理、商务标编制、技术标排版校对、投标文件组卷、打印封装、线上上传递交等工作，保障投标文件按时、合规提交。

二、 梳理公司资质、业绩、人员证书等投标资料档案，维护投标资料库，及时更新各类证件、业绩文件。

三、 对接内部各业务部门，收集技术方案、报价、业绩证明等投标所需材料，核对资料完整性、合规性，排查投标废标风险。

四、跟进开标结果，整理开标记录，做好投标台账统计归档，完成投标相关资料复盘。

### 五、培养发展

熟悉招投标业务后，逐步参与项目前期对接、合同跟进、项目履约协调、甲方沟通等工作，向物业项目经理方向成长，未来独立负责项目全流程管理。

### Requirements
- 工程管理、工程造价、土木工程、工商管理、计算机类相关专业均可。
- 熟练使用 Office 办公软件，精通 Word 长文档排版、样式目录设置，能够熟练使用 Excel 进行数据整理统计；会 PPT 制作优先。
- 阅读理解能力较好，能够读懂招标文件条款，做事严谨细致，对文字、数据敏感，具备较强纠错意识，规避投标废标风险。
- 能接受投标节点紧急情况下的加班，抗压能力强，有责任心，执行力高。
- 具备良好沟通协调能力，愿意学习招投标法规、合同、项目管理相关知识，有明确向项目经理发展的职业意愿。
- 无硬性工作经验要求，公司提供完整带教培养
