## Job description

### Responsibilities

1.负责项目现场工程施工管理工作，对工程质量.进度.安全等方面进行控制；2.负责工程施工技术工作，协助项目总监编制施工管理方案，完善施工技术资料；3.组织结构专业范围内的设备制造商的技术评价工作，对系统.布置和设备材料选型提出推荐意见；4.审核施工现场方案及时上报项目总监，监督工程变更，保障工程质量；5.

### 负责项目报告中相关内容的编制工作； Requirements
- 具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能够与客户和团队成员进行有效的沟通，了解客户需求并传达自己的想法；
- 具有创新优化思维，能够不断提出新的解决方案和优化建议；
- 具有良好的职业道德素养，遵守相关法律法规和行业规范；
- 具备报告撰写能力，能够撰写监理报告、施工检查报告等文档，清晰准确地记录工程进展和问题；
