## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责天翼云核心产品线后端研发，参与虚拟化、云原生前沿技术预研验证，跟进开源社区迭代，结合业务场景设计落地技术方案，完成技术设计、编码开发及文档编写工作；
- 参与AI智能体组件开发维护，搭建AI多智能体基础框架与质量审核保障体系，优化系统性能与服务稳定性；
- 负责AI创作者社区、公共算力、息壤等平台后端服务的功能研发、架构优化与迭代升级。

### Requirements
- 硕士研究生及以上学历应届毕业生，计算机、数学、自动化、电子信息、通信等计算机相关理工科专业；
- 具有良好的程序设计和实现能力，熟练掌握Golang语言（了解Java者优先），具备AI辅助编程工具（如ClaudeCode/Cursor/Copilot等）的实际使用经验；
- 熟悉数据库、Redis等常见中间件的相关知识，了解Kubernetes及云原生生态（Docker/Istio/Prometheus等）；
- 具备 AI 应用探索热情，有 AI Agent 框架使用与实践经验者优先；
- 做事严谨踏实，责任心强，条理清楚，善于学习总结，有良好的团队合作精神和沟通协调能力；
- 身心健康。
