## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责政企、运营商场景AI数据搭建、优化与日常运维，搭建自动化数据处理体系，支撑政务AI、行业智能化、大模型落地及数字化项目迭代交付。
- 负责政务数据、通信业务数据、文本、知识库、多模态数据的采集、清洗、去重、增强与合规精炼，对接政企、运营商多源数据源，排查数据异常问题，输出标准化、高合规性行业数据集。
- 协同项目、算法、交付团队，针对政务数字化、运营商智慧运维、行业RAG知识库、智能分析等项目需求，定制训练、微调、评测数据集，支撑AI项目落地、优化与常态化运维交付。
- 负责AI数据体系监控、问题排查与技术优化，沉淀政企数字化、通信AI数据处理标准与项目文档，持续优化数据治理与交付体系，赋能公司数字化与智能化项目建设。

### Requirements

1.2027年毕业的国内普通高等院校本科及以上学历、学士及以上学位的应届毕业生及2026年毕业且未就业的国内普通高等院校本科及以上学历、学士及以上学位的毕业生。 2.遵纪守法，品行端正，无不良行为记录； 3.身体健康，具有正常履行职责的身体条件； 4.具备数据治理、数据资产梳理、多模态数据处理实战经验者或相关实习经历优先；
- 逻辑清晰、责任心强，具备良好的跨团队协同与项目落地能力；
- 学习能力强，具备较好的语言表达、文字写作与沟通协调能力。
