## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 制定动力电源设施设备维护流程、制度、标准与作业规范，负责动力电源设施设备的运行维护管理；落实动力电源安全工作，组织动力电源安全评估，分析隐患，组织提交优化和改造方案；组织制定动力电源应急预案，并开展演练，落实重要通信保障工作；组织开展动力电源相关代维/维保合作业务的实施工作；
- 组织开展动力电源运行质量、设备及网络能力分析，制定相关分析报告；根据市场需求及网络运行情况提出系统建设需求、系统优化建议及方案等；协助制定动力电源设备发展规划，参与动力电源设备规划建设方案设计及专项工作研究，参与动力电源设备建设工程验收；组织编制、审核动力电源大修整治、更新改造项目，相关项目实施管理工作；组织制定、审批动力电源割接等技术方案；
- 组织落实生产能耗的统计、分析工作；组织落实动力设备节能减排工作；组织落实机房管理达标工作和机房安全管理；
- 落实7*24小时现场值守（轮值）；
- 落实机房及电源、空调等设施的巡检维护；
- 落实机房管理、能耗管理、工程随工、故障处置、隐患排查及处置、变更操作、业务工单开通、网络保障、资源数据管理等工作。

### Requirements

1. 熟悉电力操作相关知识，扎实的动力环境维护基础知识； 2. 具备良好的团队合作能力、沟通协调能力、学习能力、分析能力及责任意识等综合能力。
