## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责客户日常触客沟通对接，主动开展客户回访、需求挖掘，跟进客户业务咨询与诉求，维护客情关系，提升客户粘性与满意度。
- 依托销服触客渠道开展业务推广，向客户讲解产品及服务方案，跟进意向客户转化，完成销售相关业务指标。
- 记录客户沟通信息、业务问题及跟进进度，同步处理客户反馈的服务问题，协同内部团队解决客户业务痛点，做好全流程销服闭环管理。

### Requirements
- 具备良好的沟通表达能力，擅长客户对接与客情维护，有销服触客、客户回访或销售相关工作经验优先，能够主动挖掘客户实际业务需求。
- 工作目标感强，能够承接业务销售指标，具备基础的方案讲解、意向客户跟进转化能力，抗压性较好，可适应常态化客户外呼、回访工作。
- 具备基础信息整理能力，能够完整记录客户沟通、问题及跟进台账，有团队协作意识，可联动内部岗位处理客户服务问题，完成销服闭环工作。
