## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责生成式智能传输（Generative Transmission）、生成式视频压缩（Generative Video Compression）相关算法研究与系统开发，探索基于大模型的下一代智能媒体传输技术；
- 研究多模态生成模型在视频理解、视频压缩、内容重建和质量增强中的应用，覆盖 Diffusion Models、Video Transformer、VAE、Autoregressive Models、Flow Matching 等生成范式；
- 负责设计面向低带宽、高时延、弱网络环境的生成式传输方案，研究 semantic representation、latent token、visual token、motion token 等紧凑信息表示方法，实现从“数据传输”到“生成传输”的技术演进；

### 探索生成式传输（Generative Transmission）关键技术，包括
- 语义感知编码（Semantic-aware Coding） 联合源信道生成编码（Joint Source-Channel-Generative Coding） Latent Space Alignment Conditional Generation Knowledge-grounded Generation

### 构建端到端智能传输系统，结合视觉感知、生成模型、通信链路和系统优化，实现实时视频生成式传输应用； Requirements
- 硕士及以上学历，计算机科学、人工智能、电子信息、通信工程、软件工程等相关专业；

### 熟悉深度学习和生成模型技术，在以下一个或多个方向具有研究或项目经验
- Diffusion Models/ Video Generation /Generative Compression /Neural Video Coding/ Semantic Communication；

### 具备优秀的问题分析和算法创新能力，有顶级会议或期刊论文发表经验优先，包括但不限于
- CVPR、ICCV、ECCV、NeurIPS、ICLR、ICML。
