## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责招标采购项目支撑工作
- 负责招标过程文件归档整理
- 采购项目需求信息资料的统计、录入、审核
- 协助项目经理撰写招标采购活动各类工作文件、协助组织招标项目会议

### 完成领导或客户交办的其他工作 Requirements
- 熟练掌握WORD、EXCEL、PPT等OFFICE办公软件及其它办公工具;
- 具有较强的工作责任心，做事细心认真，具有良好的文字和语言表达能力;
- 熟知国家有关招投标法律法规、1年以上招标代理或合同管理相关工作经验者优先;
- 有较好的英文读写能力、口语能力者优先
