## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责日常财务核算与会计稽核工作，包括收入确认、成本费用归集等其他工作。
- 负责财务内控制度建设与风险管理，识别评估财务风险，制定应对措施。
- 参与重大经营决策，从财务角度提供专业意见和项目可行性分析。
- 配合业务部门实施收入管控、成本费用等价值管理工作。
- 负责财务MSS系统管理及关联交易管理。
- 其他临时交办的任务。

### Requirements
- 掌握财务管理 / 法律 / 人力资源管理等对应方向的专业知识，熟悉央企合规管理、公文规范及企业治理要求。
- 熟练使用 Word、Excel、PowerPoint 等办公软件，具备较强的文字写作与公文处理能力，能独立完成报告、纪要、制度等材料的起草。
- 具备良好的沟通协调与服务意识，工作严谨细致、责任心强，有较强的保密意识和组织纪律性，心理素质稳定、积极乐观，能适应快节奏工作。
- 遵纪守法、品行端正，认同电信企业文化，党员优先。
