## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 归集省业务需求，利用 AI 完成需求分析反馈，提升问需自闭环率，参与需求评审，推动产品迭代落地。
- 维护指标达成看板，借助 AI 做数据挖掘与可视化，监控关键指标，识别业务风险，输出提升策略建议。
- 结合视联网、终端产品、客户画像业务场景，依托 AI 数据运营能力，输出可落地场景化解决方案。
- 协同各部门完成业务数据采集清洗整合，为营销材料更新宣贯提供数据支撑，提升区域中心业务执行效率。
- 协同攻坚克难省份业务拓展与支撑工作。

### Requirements
- 熟悉主流 AI 工具及大语言模型应用，具备利用 AI 辅助数据分析、报告生成与内容提炼的实际运用能力；
- 掌握数据分析基本方法，熟练使用 SQL、Python 及常用数据分析库（如 Pandas、NumPy），能独立完成数据清洗、分析与可视化；
- 具备较强的业务理解力和场景化思维，能将数据 / AI 能力转化为贴合业务需求的落地方案；
- 了解数据看板（BI 工具）搭建与经营分析，对数据挖掘、用户画像、精准营销等有基础认知；
- 具备良好的沟通协调与跨部门协同能力，责任心强、学习能力强，能快速掌握新业务与新工具；
- 对营销运营、企业数字化转型方向有浓厚兴趣，有相关实习或项目经验者优先。
