## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责本部门所有招标项目的文件编写、招标程序、合同整理、招标资料整理归档等工作；
- 负责项目的前期策划工作，前期立项开发手续的审批；
- 负责与委托人、政府机关部门沟通、协调工作；
- 可根据委托人需求编写招标方案、制定招标计划。可向委托人详细说明相关的法律法规；
- 组织开评标过程。

### Requirements
- 有良好的行为品德，为人诚恳，工作踏实。
- 能熟练操作办公软件；
- 具有较强的文字表达能力，思路清晰，逻辑思维能力强；
- 具有良好的沟通能力及团队合作精神；
