## Job description

### Responsibilities

1.‌收入管理‌：负责各类收入（学费/经营/非税等）的项目备案、标准审核、票据开具、催收核对及足额上缴财政或入账。 2.‌资金计划与预算‌：编制年度/月度资金收支计划与滚动预测，跟踪执行偏差，动态调整。 3.办理银行收付、转账结算、资金归集与调拨，审核支付凭证合规性，执行大额资金汇报机制。 4.其他风险管理和分析等工作。

### Requirements

1.2027年国内外普通高等院校本科及以上学历、学士及以上学位的应届毕业生； 2.财务、会计、税收等相关专业；了解通信行业发展，掌握通信相关知识，熟悉使用自动化办公软件； 3.具备良好的主动精神和团队协作精神；具备良好的学习能力、分析能力、创新意识； 4.身体健康，具备良好的沟通能力、勤奋、踏实。
