## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 收集分析需求，转化需求为可执行的分析方案。
- 基于分析方案，进行数据收集、挖掘建模、模型优化。
- 撰写分析报告。
- 跟进模型效果评估与优化。

### Requirements
- 研究生及以上学历， 统计学、数学或相关专业优先。
- 熟练使用SQL等数据库软件，熟练掌握至少一种分析工具和语言（R/python等）。
- 有建模、数据挖掘等相关项目经验者优先。
