## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责产业数字化平台整体架构设计，统筹智慧城市、工业互联网、数字乡村等平台的底层能力复用与数据互通。
- 结合山东港口、化工、农业等优势产业，打造行业级数字化解决方案，推动平台从"项目交付"走向"能力沉淀"。
- 建立平台标准化的二开与交付体系，提升16地市云中台的规模化交付效率，降低重复建设成本。
- 研究平台技术演进路线，统筹AI、大数据、物联网等技术融合，构建可持续迭代的平台技术底座。

### Requirements
- 扎实掌握软件工程、分布式架构、系统集成等基础理论，在相关领域发表过高水平论文或主导过大型平台架构设计者优先。
- 具备大型平台架构设计经验，熟悉微服务、云原生、低代码等技术，了解工业互联网、智慧城市等行业数字化场景。
- 具有较强的系统架构设计能力和跨团队协调能力，能够推动平台技术标准化与规模化交付。
