## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 深入研究开源及商业大模型，结合业务需求与数据特点进行选型评估,对选定模型进行架构微调、参数优化等定制化调整，并参与模型的性能优化及部署上线；
- 收集、整理和标注大模型训练所需数据，确保数据的质量、多样性和准确性，为模型训练和调优提供可靠数据基础；
- 分析公司现有业务流程，识别可应用大模型的具体场景；与业务部门密切协作，将业务需求转化为清晰技术方案，定制开发基于大模型的解决方案，确保模型输出满足实际业务要求；
- 参与制定AI开发、模型服务、算力管理等领域的研发流程与技术标准，并推动其在跨团队协作中有效落地；同时在团队内组织技术分享会和培训课程，传播大模型前沿技术与实践经验；
- 负责AI训练、推理等平台的日常技术运维、问题排查，确保平台稳定运行；承担AI相关产品及平台的后端系统设计与开发，参与需求调研、分析与规划工作。

### Requirements

1.精通Java或Python编程语言，具备扎实的编程基础，熟悉面向对象编程和常用设计模式，熟练掌握至少一种深度学习框架（如飞桨、TensorFlow、PyTorch），熟练掌握机器学习算法原理，包括但不限于决策树、支持向量机、神经网络等，并具备丰富的实践经验，熟悉数据挖掘、数据预处理、特征工程等相关技术，能够独立完成数据分析和模型训练工作，熟悉模型训练、调优和部署流程； 2.有优秀的分析和解决问题的能力，具备良好的团队合作精神和沟通能力。
