## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责IDC工程项目装饰装修的施工方案设计、现场施工管理与工程质量把控；
- 审核装饰装修相关设备材料，把控材料选用流程；
- 负责图纸及技术交底，在项目交付过程中给予施工指导和设计支持；
- 与设计单位、业主方、监理方进行技术沟通与协调。

### Requirements

1.熟悉数据中心装饰装修施工规范、行业标准及洁净度、防火等级、防静电等专项要求，熟悉装饰施工工艺及装饰材料性能，了解机房电气、暖通、弱电、消防等相关系统； 2.精通CAD等绘图软件，能适应项目驻点及出差工作。
