## Job description

### AI应用开发
- 基于Java（Spring Boot/Cloud）构建AI后端服务，集成大模型、RAG及Agent工作流，实现智能问答、智能问数、智能审核等业务功能

### AI辅助研发
- 熟练使用AI编程工具（如Cursor/Claude Code）辅助编码、测试与重构，提升开发效率与代码质量

### 工程落地
- 负责AI应用的设计、部署、监控与文档沉淀，保障系统高可用与高并发稳定性 Requirements:
- 精通Java核心、JVM及并发编程，熟练掌握Spring Boot/Cloud、MyBatis、PostgreSQL、Redis等主流技术栈
- 熟悉大模型API对接、Prompt工程、RAG及Agent开发，了解LangChain/LlamaIndex或向量数据库者优先
- 熟练运用AI编程工具融入日常开发流程，有实际提效经验
- 具备良好的工程化思维、快速学习能力及团队协作意识，有AI应用落地项目经验者优先
