## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责项目/标品现场交付与开通
- 负责组织重大项目售中实施
- 负责接应客户售中、售后支撑保障工作
- 组织重大项目故障处理、隐患整治、专项客户重保等保障工作
- 负责客户关键业务及应用的梳理

### 负责定期总结客户服务工作经验，总结形成可复用的流程、模板、工具等 Requirements
- 遵守国家法律法规，具有良好的思想品质和道德素质，无触犯法律法规、校级处分等不良记录。
- 具有较强的学习能力，学习成绩良好，入职报到时须取得毕业证、学位证，境外院校毕业生须获得国家教育部留学服务中心的学历学位认证。
- 熟练使用计算机和办公软件，取得计算机类、通信类或信息类等级认证，或取得职业资格证书，或在校内外参与项目实践的优先考虑。
- 具有健康、成熟、稳定的心理素质，身体健康。
