## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责挖掘客户AI需求，提供可落地的售前AI解决方案，牵引项目商机转化；

### 场景落地与运营赋能
- 协助推进AI产品在各行业、各业务场景的落地应用，配合业务团队开展AI功能使用培训、操作指导、场景赋能；梳理不同业务场景的AI使用方法、落地流程、应用价值，输出标准化运营手册、使用教程，助力业务高效复用AI能力。
- 参与AI相关项目的全流程管理，包括需求调研、方案设计、技术开发、测试上线及后期迭代维护，确保项目按时、高质量落地交付。
- 负责AI模型的设计、训练与研发迭代，制定模型评估标准与上线流程，保障模型质量与服务稳定性。

### Requirements
- 掌握Hadoop技术基本原理与使用技能，了解SAS、 SPSS、R、Python、 spark等数据挖掘和统计分析工具或语言；
- 精通Python等编程语言，能够独立开展数据挖掘建模工作，熟悉主流机器学习算法的原理及应用场景。
- 具有较强的学习能力与问题解决能力，善于沟通协作、乐于分享，富有创新精神与责任担当，能够承受工作压力、勇于挑战技术难题。
