## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责超拟人语音生成大模型、语音识别及理解大模型、语音对话大模型等相关算法研究，包括训练数据集建设、模型训练、算法探索等工作
- 快速响应产品和业务需求，推动语音生成、多方言语音识别、语音理解等算法的工程化和实际场景中的落地
- 负责前沿语音大模型算法的研发实现，提出并优化前沿算法，保持算法在学术界和工业界的领先。

### Requirements
- 硕士及以上学历，计算机、电子信息、人工智能等相关专业，具备扎实的深度学习、智能语音基础；
- 具备良好的编程能力和数据结构基础，熟悉Python/C++等编程语言，熟练使用Pytorch/Tensorflow/Kaldi等深度学习框架（至少一种）；
- 熟悉语音生成大模型、语音理解/对话大模型、多模态大模型者优先，有相关实习经历/相关顶级会刊论文/有影响力开源项目者优先；
- 具有强烈的自我驱动能力、良好的沟通和团队合作能力。
