## Job description

### Responsibilities

收集项目资料，编制招标文件、公告、答疑文件，线上发布。 组织开标、配合评标，做好现场记录。 公示中标候选人，发放中标通知书，处理投标人异议。 跟进保证金收退，对接合同前期签约工作。 建立项目台账，全套招标资料归档。 维护供应商信息，遵守招投标法规，严守保密纪律。

### Requirements
- 有良好的行为品德，为人诚恳，工作踏实。
- 能熟练操作办公软件；
- 具有较强的文字表达能力，思路清晰，逻辑思维能力强；
- 具有良好的沟通能力及团队合作精神；
