## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责客户IT基础设施（服务器、操作系统、虚拟化平台）的日常运维；
- 执行操作系统的安装、配置、补丁更新及安全加固；
- 负责系统资源监控、容量管理及性能调优；
- 负责系统相关故障的排查与处理；
- 编写系统运维文档、巡检报告及技术方案。

### Requirements

1.熟悉Linux或WindowsServer操作系统的日常管理，了解Shell/PowerShell脚本编程或Python基础，了解VMware、Hyper-V等虚拟化技术，掌握系统安全加固及网络安全基础知识； 2.善于学习，具备良好的问题分析和解决能力，有良好的沟通协调能力和团队协作精神。
