## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 参与语义基础大模型数据建设，包括逻辑推理数据构建、长程数据合成、代码数据清洗等，以及数据质量验证方案的设计。
- 参与语义基础大模型的算法研发与架构创新，包括面向长上下文语义理解和复杂逻辑推理的注意力机制优化、稀疏激活架构等。
- 参与语义基础大模型的预训练与持续训练过程，协助优化基于语义复杂度的课程学习策略与动态数据调度方法，并参与构建和完善基础模型的语义能力评估体系。
- 参与语义基础大模型的后训练工作，重点提升模型在复杂逻辑推理中的逻辑连贯性、事实准确性及指令遵循能力。
- 保持对大模型及自然语言处理领域前沿研究成果的敏锐跟踪，推动前沿算法用于实际模型训练，产出高质量专利与顶会成果。

### Requirements
- 硕士及以上学历，计算机、电子信息、人工智能等相关专业；
- 实际参与过大模型结构设计、大模型预训练、大模型效果评估与分析、大模型性能调优等相关工作者优先；
- 了解开源大模型评测方法及评测榜单并可快速完成评测适配，有知名榜单比赛经验者优先;
- 代码能力强，能快速搭建开发环境编写代码完成模型效果验证，对微调训练、强化学习、推理加速等开源技术有实践经验；
- 具有良好的学习能力和自我驱动力；具有强烈的团队协作意识，高度的责任感，对工作积极严谨，逻辑思维能力强，有较强学习和创新能力。
