## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 优化模型性能，研发低比特量化与结构化稀疏等前沿压缩技术
- 构建高效的多模态模型编解码与推理加速算法库

### 建设端侧大模型技术体系与自动化部署工具链 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，计算机科学、软件工程、人工智能等相关专业；
- 有相关研究或项目经历优先，对技术钻研抱有持续学习能力；
- 具备坚实的数学功底与算法实现能力，熟悉PyTorch/TensorFlow。
