## Job description

### Responsibilities

岗位职责：
- 围绕水下航行器/无人机自主作业需求，研究跨介质场景导航与定位方法；
- 负责水下声呐 SLAM / V-SLAM / 声视觉融合算法设计与实现；
- 开发水下导航与声呐感知数据处理模块与地图管理模块，评估算法在复杂环境（低能见度、强噪声、多路径）下的鲁棒性；
- 开展水下实测或半实物实验，对导航精度、稳定性与失效模式进行系统分析；
- 撰写算法文档与技术报告，推动相关成果发表或工程化落地。

### Requirements

岗位要求：
- 自动化、机器人、测控、电子信息、计算机或相关专业硕士及以上学历，博士优先；
- 扎实的概率机器人基础，熟悉图优化/非线性优化；
- 熟悉至少一种水下导航或定位传感器（DVL、USBL/LBL、成像声呐、多波束声呐等）；

### 具备良好的C++/Python编程能力，能够在ROS/ROS2框架下进行算法开发与调试； 加分项
- 1. 有水下SLAM、声呐成像处理或水声定位系统相关研究或工程经验； 2. 参与过海试/水池实验，或在水下机器人导航定位方向发表过论文。
