## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责光电跟瞄系统总体设计、方案迭代、样机开发及整机集成调试；
- 深耕跟瞄系统核心技术攻关，完成技术创新与方案优化；
- 负责系统级指标拆解、误差分配与闭环验证，完成载体扰动、大气扰动等干扰源的频域特性建模，搭建控制系统模型，输出标准化仿真报告与设计方案；
- 协同硬件、嵌入式软件、结构光学等跨专业团队，完成整机联调、功能测试、外场实测试验与问题复盘，迭代优化系统方案；
- 跟进行业前沿技术动态，输出技术调研、方案设计、测试总结等各类技术文档，支撑项目迭代与技术沉淀。

### Requirements
- 硕士研究生及以上学历，测控技术与仪器、光学、控制科学与工程、自动化、机械等相关专业；
- 扎实掌握空间光学设计、精密机械传动、自动控制原理、伺服系统设计等专业基础知识，熟悉光电跟瞄系统整体架构与工作原理；
- 具备系统级思维，可独立完成跟瞄系统指标分解、误差分析、精度分配工作；
- 熟练掌握扰动特性分析方法，能够完成各类工况下扰动信号的频域建模与特性分析；
- 熟练使用MATLAB/Simulink开展控制环路建模、仿真设计、参数优化与稳定性校验，具备伺服控制系统调试与性能优化实战能力；
- 诚实守信、作风踏实严谨、责任心强，具备良好团队协作能力精神，学习能力强，善于解决复杂问题。
