## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 参与AI智能体系统的架构设计、模型开发与部署支持。
- 应用大语言模型、强化学习、多模态技术等，协助提升智能体的决策与交互能力。
- 参与智能体服务框架的构建与维护，支持系统性能优化与迭代。
- 配合产品与业务团队，共同探索AI技术在业务场景中的应用与落地。

### Requirements
- 本科或以上学历，计算机、人工智能、软件工程等相关专业。
- 至少掌握一门编程语言（Python/Java/JavaScript等），具备良好的代码实现与调试能力，能快速学习并理解技术文档。
- 了解机器学习与深度学习基础理论，有使用TensorFlow、PyTorch等框架进行模型训练或调优的实践经历（如课程项目、竞赛、实习等）。
- 对AIAgent系统有基本认知，理解其一般开发流程，并愿意参与从数据准备到系统部署的全流程学习与实践。
- 了解PromptEngineering相关方法，或有智能体开发平台（如Coze/Dify/LangChain等）的初步使用经验。
