## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 制定并完善公司合规、风险管理制度，建立健全制度化规范化科学化的合规、风险管理体系；
- 识别、评估、监测和报告业务及管理过程中的各类风险，开展重点领域合规检查；
- 审核公司内部管理制度、重大决策方案等，提出合规改进意见；
- 定期开展风险识别与评估工作，梳理各业务条线的关键风险点；
- 规范公司制度管理，推进规章制度立改废工作；
- 制定年度合规检查计划，组织开展专项合规检查与常规合规巡查；
- 协助建立风险信息共享机制，推动风险数据跨部门联动；
- 制定年度合规培训计划，组织面向全员的合规培训；
- 完成领导交办的其他工作。

### Requirements
- 具有中华人民共和国国籍，政治立场坚定，品行端正；
- 硕士研究生及以上学历，法学、经济学、金融学、审计学、风险管理等相关专业优先；
- 具备良好的沟通协调能力与团队合作意识，能有效推动跨部门协作；
- 具备良好的抗压能力与服务意识，能妥善处理突发事件与多任务并行工作；
- 通过国家统一法律职业资格考试（法考）、注册会计师（CPA）、金融风险管理师（FRM）等相关资格考试者优先；
- 有合规、风控、审计、法务等相关实习经历者优先。
