## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 跟踪人工智能前沿技术动态（大模型、多模态、智能体Agent、具身智能等），开展专题研究与分析，输出技术趋势报告、行业白皮书等知识成果；
- 配合内部业务部门、解决方案团队、交付团队完成AI相关需求的对接与技术支撑；
- 参与行业AI算法开发及部署实施，围绕数字政府、智慧城市、智慧交通、5G+行业应用等公司重点业务方向，探索AI技术的行业落地场景；
- 定期完成AI技术研报、咨询案例、学习笔记等知识沉淀，参与内部知识分享机制；
- 完成其他的交办工作。

### Requirements
- 熟练掌握Python等主流编程语言，了解PyTorch、TensorFlow等主流深度学习框架基本用法，了解Linux操作系统、MySQL数据库等基础技能；
- 对AI技术有浓厚兴趣，具备强烈的学习自驱力与探索精神；
- 具备优秀的数学基础、算法理解能力和严谨的逻辑思维；
- 具备良好的技术沟通能力与团队协作精神；
- 愿意长期深耕AI技术赛道，稳定性强、执行力强；
- 有AI相关项目、竞赛（如Kaggle、ACM-ICPC等）、科研或个人开发实战经历，有完整的AI算法开发项目参与经验优先
