## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责项目的监理工作，组建项目监理部，根据合同明确要求监理人员的分工，对监理目标负责；
- 组织监理部门的人员对工程的质量进行质量把控，对投资等进行组织协调；
- 对工程等进度进行编写，并组织实施；
- 对部门的监理进行考察，及具体业务的完成情况；
- 负责监理部门的日常考核工作，定期不定期去施工现场进行巡查，及时发现和提出问题并进行处理；
- 对工程项目安全，进度，以及质量等做全方位的总结；
- 在监理工作中，如果遇到其他的重大问题，要及时与上级领导取得联系。

### Requirements
- 有良好的行为品德，为人诚恳，工作踏实。
- 能熟练操作办公软件；
- 具有较强的文字表达能力，思路清晰，逻辑思维能力强； 6.具有良好的沟通能力及团队合作精神；
