## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责 AI智能体（Agent）Skill的设计与开发，使用Codex、Claude Code、OpenCode等AI编程工具完成场景化智能体的快速构建与迭代；
- 参与 FDE团队开展客户需求洞察（Echo），深入业务场景挖掘AI应用机会，输出需求分析与洞察报告；
- 参与定制化AI项目交付（Delta），配合完成POC验证、方案设计、应用开发与场景落地；
- 参与能力沉淀（Foundry），将定制项目经验转化为标准Skill模板和行业方案，持续完善AI Store产品库；
- 跟踪大模型与智能体领域前沿技术（MCP协议、RAG、多模态等），探索新技术在电信及行业场景的落地。

### Requirements
- 熟悉Python、Java等至少一门编程语言，有实际项目或竞赛经验者优先；
- 使用过AI编程工具（Codex、Claude Code、OpenCode、Cursor等）或参与过大模型应用开发者优先；
- 了解Agent、RAG、Prompt Engineering等技术概念者优先；5.对AI智能体充满热情，学习能力强，愿意持续探索新技术。
