## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 信息化项目的商机支撑，包括需求沟通、售前支撑、成本评估、产品演示；
- 信息化招投标项目支撑，分析客户需求，承担技术方案提供和审核，确定技术架构和整体技术路线；
- 项目立项、总体交付规划及实施方案设计，确定资源与迁移步骤，编制需求说明书；
- 项目进度、质量、资源、概预算、采购、安全、风险等监督与闭环管理；
- 制定测试方案并进行系统联调与测试，协调技术专家攻坚疑难问题；
- 拜访用户、技术交流、方案讲解、系统演示，协助做好售前支撑；
- 协助建立并完善合作伙伴、供应商资源库，完善考核、服务标准及机制。

### Requirements
- 具有较强的组织、学习和解决问题能力，善于沟通表达、乐于合作，富有创新精神，敢于承担责任、挑战困难，能承受压力
- 具备自主学习和创新能力，具有良好的逻辑思维能力、分析归纳能力、语言表达能力、人际沟通能力以及文字表达能力；
- 具有强烈的团队归属感和敬业精神，能吃苦耐劳，勤于思考，做事严谨；
- 熟练掌握Word、PPT、Excel等Office软件的使用方法及技巧；
