## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责系统功能定义，算法实现，系统功能分解工作等；
- 负责代码设计与开发，模块设计及仿真、调试；
- FPGA资源及时序优化，分析并解决开发过程中遇到的问题；
- 负责相关设计文档编写。

### Requirements
- 硕士及以上学历，并取得相应学位，电子信息等相关专业；
- 具有良好的数字电路、逻辑设计和计算机体系结构等专业知识，有算法设计经验优先；
- 具有 FPGA设计经验，能够熟练使用相关开发工具，熟练使用仿真工具；
- 良好的英文阅读能力， 可以阅读相关英文技术资料文档；
- 热爱开发工作，工作积极主动、热情、细心并且有耐心，善于发现和解决问题；
- 诚实守信、作风踏实严谨、责任心强，具备良好团队协作能力精神，学习能力强，善于解决复杂问题。
