## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责学生思想政治教育与价值引领，开展主题教育、谈心谈话，掌握学生思想动态，化解思想困惑，筑牢意识形态防线。
- 统筹班级与党团建设，遴选培养学生骨干，组织开展班团活动，负责入党积极分子培养、党员发展与教育管理工作。
- 承担学生日常事务管理，包括奖助贷勤补评审、评优评先、违纪处理、宿舍管理、入学教育与毕业离校等工作，保障学生管理有序推进。
- 开展学风建设、心理健康教育与就业创业指导，帮扶学业困难学生，普及心理知识，提供职业规划与求职支持，助力学生全面发展。

### Requirements
- 思想端正，党员（含预备党员）
- 具有较强的沟通能力、较强文书写作能力
- 具有危机处理能力，能应对突发状况
