## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责投标成本价的编制、招投标预算、公司招标的控制价编制；
- 负责建筑等相关工程的估算、概算、预算的编制, 2.负责建筑等相关工程、竣工结(决)算、工程量清 单、工程招标标底或招标控制价、投标报价的编制和审核;
- 工程变更及合同价款的调整和索赔费用的计算;
- 根据项目各阶段的工程造价控制;
- 协助工程经济纠纷的鉴定;
- 项目投资分析，进行日常成本测算，提供设计变更成本建议;
- 工程款支付审核，结算管理，概预算与决算报告; Requirements:
- 有良好的行为品德，为人诚恳，工作踏实。
- 能熟练操作办公软件；
- 具有较强的文字表达能力，思路清晰，逻辑思维能力强；
- 具有良好的沟通能力及团队合作精神；
