## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责公司日常经营相关的商事合同审查、修订与全流程管理
- 处理公司各类日常法律纠纷、争议处理
- 为公司各部门提供日常法律事务咨询

### 完成上级交办的其他相关工作 Requirements
- 熟悉民法典、公司法等相关法律法规，具备扎实的法律专业知识，通过国家统一法律职业资格考试（A证）者优先
- 具备高度责任心，具备良好的沟通表达、逻辑分析与文书写作能力，有较强的责任心与团队协作意识
- 具备基础的法律文书撰写能力
