## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责员工关系全周期管理，涵盖入离职手续办理、劳动合同规范、员工关怀与纠纷处理，维护稳定的劳资关系；
- 协助搭建人才发展体系，包括绩效指标设计、培训需求调研与落地执行，提升团队专业能力与凝聚力；
- 优化人力资源流程制度，推动人事数据的系统化管理，为业务决策提供数据支撑。

### Requirements

具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，工作细致认真，责任心强，有较强的学习能力。
