## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 参与数据要素相关项目方案设计与落地工作，围绕高质量数据集建设、数据治理、数据资产运营、可信数据空间建设等方向开展需求梳理、方案编制；
- 调研政企行业数字化与数据流通需求，结合数据要素政策与业务场景输出解决方案，支撑项目交流、方案汇报与需求对接；
- 跟踪数据要素市场化、数据合规、可信数据空间相关政策与前沿技术，持续开展行业场景与技术方案研究。

### Requirements
- 计算机科学与技术、数据科学与大数据技术，大数据管理等相关专业，本科及以上学历。
- 掌握数据库、数据仓库、数据分析基础理论，了解数据治理、数据标准、数据质量、数据资产相关概念；熟悉数据采集、清洗、加工、数据集构建流程者优先；英语CET-4。
- 具备良好逻辑思维、文档撰写与沟通表达能力，能够独立梳理业务需求、输出方案文档，拥有较强问题分析与落地推进意识。
- 对数据要素、数据流通、数据合规、政务/行业数字化领域有兴趣，有数据项目实习、数据分析、数据治理相关实践经历者优先。
