## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责Token运营平台日常运维，监控大模型调用流量、Token消耗，落实用量管控与资源调度；
- 开展算力与Token精细化运营，优化资源分配策略，降低调用成本，提升智算资源利用率；
- 支撑政企客户AI服务接入，完成租户开通、Token配额配置，响应客户平台使用问题与技术咨询；
- 统计分析Token消耗、算力负载等运营数据，输出运营报表，识别资源异常并提出优化建议；
- 协同方案、开发、项目团队支撑AI项目落地，配合优化AI应用，减少无效Token损耗；
- 完善Token运营流程、风控及计费相关规范，跟踪MaaS行业动态，沉淀运营标准与案例。

### Requirements
- 了解大模型、Token、AI API 服务基础概念，熟悉 RAG、大模型应用场景优先；
- 具备基础数据分析能力，掌握 SQL、Excel，掌握 Python 基础、Linux 命令者优先；
- 善于多方沟通协同，具备问题定位、故障排查能力；
- 工作严谨细致，抗压能力强，有志于算力运营、MaaS 平台运营方向发展。
