## Job description

### Responsibilities

1.参与公司软件产品、业务系统的需求分析、代码开发、功能迭代与性能优化，保障项目稳定落地运行。 2.负责\参与研发项目的全周期管理，负责项目从需求规划、立项、资源协调、风险管理到交付验收等各项工作，确保项目按时、按预算和按照质量标准顺利完成，保障公司研发项目全生命周期合规。

### Requirements
- 计算机、软件工程、人工智能、电子信息等相关专业；
- 熟练掌握Java/Python任意一种主流开发语言，熟悉常用开发框架、数据库、代码管理工具，具备扎实的编程基础与数据结构、算法功底；
- 熟悉数据结构与算法，掌握关系型数据库（MySQL 等）及基本 SQL 编写；
- 逻辑思维清晰，具备良好的学习能力、问题排查能力和团队协作意识，热爱技术；
- 无不良学业记录，责任心强，能快速适配团队开发节奏。
